Professional Grade: The Misadventures Of Awkward Black Girl

Sunday, I worked on the webseries 'The Misadventures Of Awkward Black Girl.' Producer Issa Rae wanted me to turn the cast into zombies, and I was happy to oblige!

My tools were simple. A few palettes (Standard/Bruise/Death/Correction), some ripped cotton (imitates decaying flesh) and separated and torn tissue. The rest is for application and removal: sponges and adhesive (Spirit Gum) remover, sanitizer and a foundation palette (just in case).

Issa Rae allowed me to put up my two shots of the cast all  'made up' ahead of episode...

I had a lot of fun on the set. The cast and crew is easygoing, but professional. I love a relaxed set, as long as we're all working toward the same goal. Good times!
