Glow On: Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick (Nectar)
I don't think this is new at all. But it's new to me. I saw this Shimmer Brick at my local Beauty Supply Store... I don't know why I hadn't seen it earlier. In any case, I snapped it right up because I feel like the color is perfect for Summer:
This brick is HIGH on shimmer... so I will definitely use a light touch, and maybe tone it down with a matte blush.

ooh pretty!! I LOVE the Beige Shimmer Brick but I haven't tried the Nectar one. I have been trying to buy up more subtle, refined highlighters as I have really big pores and don't want to highlight them--but I have SUCH a weakness for Bobbi Brown and shimmery things...so this one is a double whammy my self-control!
ReplyDeleteI have the beige one too, but it's a little cool for my skin tone. I really like this one because it's peachy and golden all at once. So perfect for summer. :-)

ReplyDeleteYou're so welcome Sharon! The shine and shimmer factor is 'very' high, so I blend it with a matte blush or eyeshadow in orange or peach... if I'm going to use it as a blush. Otherwise, it makes a wonderful highlighter.
