FOTD: SugarPill Heart Breaker

I decided to use ALL FOUR COLORS in the SugarPill Heart Breaker palette... SMH. I think it came out OOOOKAY. I know I can do better. But in my defense, I wore this all day (in the daylight), so I went lighter for my first go:

FACE
Amore Pacific Foundation (206)
Shu Uemura Translucent Powder
Chanel Blush in Rose Ecrin

EYES
SugarPill Heart Breaker Palette:
Acidberry on Lids
2AM through Crease
Velocity on Outer Corner
Mochi on Inner Corner
Louise Young Eyeshadow in Blackbear on lashline
Louise Young Eyeshadow in Pom Pom under waterline
Maybelline Falsies Mascara

 LIPS
NARS Sheer Lip Treatment in Angelique

  3. This is really beautiful. I only tried a look like this one, a few years ago. It came out great. Very flattering on our skin, I think, but it takes so much time and effort. ha.

  4. It is very flattering... I agree! Honestly though, that look didn't take much time at all. That's why it's not all uber-dramatic like you see with a lot of Sugar Pill Tutorials. The colors are bright and the shadows have major staying power... but I always like to do things that are more 'wearable' than not. The average makeup junkie CAN wear Sugarpill in the daytime or anytime. You don't have to be a Vegas Showgirl to rock the palette...ya know? LOL

  5. It was fun playing with the colors Gauri. I need to take the time to do that more often. Most of the time I'm rushing so I just go with neutrals, or a 'tried-and-true' combination. I takes some thought to use a lot of color. I'll make an effort to do more 'colorful' looks in the future.

  7. Thank you! I really love this palette. Next time I'll likely mix the colors with others, to see what happens.
