ReplyDeleteby coincidence I just bought By Terry Eye Pencil in Brown Stellar when I was in San Francisco last weekend. I was admiring its application on your waterline, but had forgotten that it was same color as the one I bought. So happy! I'd never thought of putting it on the waterline as you have. It looks really good with your brown shadow. Great for when you want a subtler look than one black will give you. Thanks for the tip!
